You need a web presence in today's market in order to stay competitive, attract customers or sell products. It is a simple fact that more and more consumers look to the web in order to find information about companies or products. More people are using the web than are using the yellow pages, and it is important you have a strong presence in order to put your best foot forward.

My name is Phil I am president of BendTakeOut.com, Inc and am doing business as Farmer Phil's Web Designs. I can design, host, register, update and submit your site to search engines. I do not charge for the basic design of your store or hold you in to any lengthy contract. You get a turnkey website for the cost of hosting. You won't find a better deal for the level of service you will receive.

Basically this means that for a small monthly hosting fee we will maintain your site, and give you eight hours a year worth of update time. The initial design of your site should use less than half of this time.

This means that you can add content or update your site as you would like. Something the other designer's aren't able to do if you just pay someone to design your site.

Each page of your site will have a mirror work page. You just indicate what you would like to change and hit submit. Most changes will be made within 48 hours. We do our best to put the feeling of your organization into your site, the more information you provide the better your site will be. This doesn't mean you have to know exactly what you want. Just include as much information (especially text) as you see fit, and we can do some pretty interesting things.

I have been working on websites for eight years, and during that time have set up many sites for friends, family and businesses, attempting to educate some fairly computer savvy people on how to update and maintain their sites. It has been my experience that these people are busy, and 90% never took the time to learn how to update their own site and would call on me.

You need time to run your business and don't need to learn the in's and out's of web design. Give us a chance, and in less than a week you will have a working marketable web presence for a tenth of what you would spend on a yellow page ad.
